Purpose of the Conference

We have establised the Union of Societies on Plasma Sciences in 2000 to (i) understand the whole research activities on plasma sciences which have been developed in a number of distributed societies and insituites, (ii) enhance further development of plasma science in the 21st century and (iii) promote the research activities in each societies and institutes.
We are now preparing the Plasma Conference 2011 to grow our community on plasmas in Japan by combining meetings of related societies.
